Utente: è l’individuo che naviga e utilizza questo sito, che coincide con l’Interessato salvo diversa specificazione.
Interessato: è la persona fisica cui si riferiscono i dati personali.

TIPOLOGIA DEI DATI RACCOLTI
I dati personali trattati vengono raccolti, in quanto forniti automaticamente dal sito o direttamente dall’Interessato.
1) Dati raccolti automaticamente dal sito: sono quelli relativi alla navigazione quali indirizzo IP, tipo di browser, tipo di dispositivo usato, geolocalizzazione del server di collegamento, ecc. Pur non essendo raccolti al fine di essere associati all’identità dell’Utente potrebbero, indirettamente, mediante elaborazione e associazioni con altri dati raccolti dal Titolare, consentire la sua identificazione.
Altri dati riguardano la funzione pubblicitaria di remarketing, per i quali serve il consenso esplicito da parte dell’Utente.
2) Dati forniti volontariamente dall’Utente: sono quelli necessari per inviare una e-mail al Titolare tramite l’apposito modulo di contatto (potendogli consentire di rispondere) e per iscriversi alla newsletter. Essi riguardano il nome, il cognome e l’indirizzo e-mail.
In seguito all’invio da parte del sito di ogni newsletter, il plugin e la piattaforma esterna usati per tale funzione (Mailchimp), consentono di rilevare l’apertura di un messaggio e i click effettuati all’interno della newsletter stessa, unitamente a dettagli relativi all’IP, al browser e al dispositivo usati. La raccolta di questi dati è fondamentale per il funzionamento dei sistemi di rinnovo implicito nel trattamento (vedere il paragrafo “Modalità del trattamento”), ed è parte integrante dell’operatività della piattaforma d’invio.
BASE GIURIDICA E FINALITÀ DEL TRATTAMENTO
I Dati forniti esplicitamente dall’Interessato tramite l’invio di un’e-mail al sito tramite l’apposito modulo di contatto, vengono usati solo per fornire risposte alle domande da egli poste. Una volta terminato lo scambio di messaggi della conversazione, le e-mail scritte dall’Interessato e il suo indirizzo e-mail vengono cancellati.
I Dati forniti tramite consenso esplicito dell’Interessato per fruire del servizio di newsletter, servono per informare su nuove pubblicazioni di articoli o libri in qualunque formato e piattaforma, nonché per inviare eventuali comunicazioni inerenti gli argomenti trattati nel sito. Il conferimento dei Dati per le finalità d’invio delle newsletter per scopi promozionali, informativi o di ricerca è facoltativo; il rifiuto a prestare il relativo consenso al trattamento darà luogo all’impossibilità di essere aggiornati circa informazioni, news, iniziative commerciali e/o campagne promozionali, di ricevere offerte o altro materiale promozionale e/o d’inviare all’Interessato offerte personalizzate. Il servizio di newsletter di questo sito è fornito dalla terza parte Mailchimp, pertanto si raccomanda all’Interessato a prendere visione della sua Privacy Policy, in fondo alla quale sono indicati tutti i contatti europei e statunitensi di tale piattaforma.
Il conferimento dei Dati forniti volontariamente dall’Interessato, in modo implicito per le e-mail inviate tramite l’apposito modulo di contatto e tramite consenso esplicito per le newsletter, è obbligatorio per consentirgli di accedere a tali servizi. Pertanto l’eventuale rifiuto al trattamento, ovvero il mancato, inesatto o parziale conferimento dei Dati, potrebbe avere come conseguenza l’impossibilità di una corretta erogazione del servizio.
Il Titolare non fornisce a terze parti nessuna delle informazioni comunicate implicitamente o esplicitamente dagli Utenti/Interessati senza il loro consenso, salvo ove richiesto dalla legge.
Le variazioni apportate alla Privacy Policy di questo sito web vengono comunicate tramite newsletter a tutti gli Interessati iscritti, mentre i semplici Utenti non iscritti possono consultare in ogni momento la versione aggiornata della stessa in tempo reale.
MODALITÀ DEL TRATTAMENTO
I dati personali sono trattati con strumenti automatizzati per il tempo strettamente necessario a conseguire gli scopi per cui sono stati raccolti, prevedendo in ogni caso la verifica annuale dei Dati conservati per cancellare quelli ritenuti obsoleti, salvo che la legge non preveda obblighi di archiviazione. Aruba, Mailchimp e Google osservano specifiche misure di sicurezza per prevenire la perdita dei Dati, usi illeciti o non corretti, e accessi non autorizzati.
DIRITTI DELL’UTENTE E REVOCA DEL CONSENSO
Ai sensi dell’art.7 del Codice della Privacy e dell’art.13 del GDPR, ciascun Utente ha diritto di ottenere la conferma dell’esistenza o meno dei suoi dati personali, anche se non ancora registrati, e la loro comunicazione in forma intellegibile.
In particolare, l’Interessato ha diritto di ottenere dal Titolare le seguenti informazioni: l’origine dei dati personali; la finalità e le modalità di trattamento; la logica applicata in caso di trattamento effettuato con l’ausilio di strumenti elettronici/informatici; gli estremi identificativi del Titolare, dei responsabili e del rappresentante designato, nonché dei soggetti e delle categorie di soggetti ai quali i Dati possono essere comunicati o che possono venirne a conoscenza in qualità di rappresentanti designati nel territorio dello Stato, di responsabili o incaricati.
Inoltre l’Interessato ha il diritto di ottenere dal Titolare: la conoscenza, l’aggiornamento e la rettificazione (integrazione) dei propri Dati; la cancellazione o la trasformazione in forma anonima dei Dati; il blocco dei Dati trattati, se in violazione di legge; la limitazione del trattamento, la portabilità del dato, cioè il diritto di ricevere in formato strutturato i dati personali che lo riguardano; il diritto di reclamo all’Autorità di controllo.
Infine l’Interessato ha il diritto di: revocare il consenso, precedentemente espresso, al trattamento dei dati personali; opporsi totalmente o parzialmente, per motivi legittimi, al trattamento dei dati personali che lo riguardano, ancorché pertinenti allo scopo della raccolta, più precisamente a quelli inerenti l’invio di materiale pubblicitario commerciale, di vendita diretta, per il compimento di ricerche di mercato o di comunicazioni commerciali.
Per ottenere tutte queste cose, basta che l’Interessato invii al Titolare un’e-mail tramite l’apposito modulo del sito, o tramite l’indirizzo elettronico col quale si è registrato alla newsletter, oppure, se usa una mail differente, allegando la copia della sua carta d’identità per essere riconosciuto come titolare dei dati per cui vuole la modifica o la cancellazione. La risposta verrà fornita nel più breve tempo disponibile.
Comunque la disiscrizione dalla newsletter, può anche essere effettuata tramite l’apposita funzione collocata nel footer di ogni e-mail, inviata da questo sito tramite Mailchimp.

PUBBLICITÀ

LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
The Data explicitly provided by the Data Subject by sending an e-mail to the site via the appropriate contact form, are used only to provide answers to the questions asked by him. METHOD OF TREATMENT

Pursuant to art.7 of the Privacy Code and art.13 of the GDPR, each User has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of his personal data, even if not yet registered, and their communication in the form intelligible.
In particular, the Data Subject has the right to obtain the following information from the Data Controller: the origin of personal data; the purposes and methods of treatment; the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic/informatic tools; the identification details of the Data Controller, of the managers and of the designated representative, as well as of the subjects and categories of subjects to whom the Data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representatives in the territory of the State, managers or agents.
